379 Isotretinoin for Elexacaftor/Tezacaftor/Ivacaftor (Trikafta®)-induced cystic acne in patients with Cystic Fibrosis

Elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (Trikafta®) is a novel treatment for patients with cystic fibrosis (CF) recently associated acneiform eruptions (“Trikafne”).1-5 However, few studies have described strategies drug-induced acne in CF, many of whom already significant prior antibiotic use.
